Getting Your Sculpture Home
Artist will load product safely into vehicle for customer. However, the artist is NOT responsible for the product once it is securely loaded into customer's vehicle. In SOME cases, delivery is available.
This item is NOT available for shipping at this time. The sculpture requires careful attention when transporting.
For the LARGE versions, you will need a mid-size sedan at minimum with plenty of room in the front seat and back with the front seat reclined completely.
If you bring a flatbed truck, your product will need to be strapped securely and protected with a heavy duty cover like a flatbed cover or heavy duty tarp tied tightly to prevent damage from wind or flying debris. In short, you need to make sure your sculpture can fit snugly in place and not be smashed or crushed in transport.
Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges. If for any reason, your product has issues as a result of an Artist error, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ask all questions beforehand. Preference works very hard to ensure that customers are satisfied with plans throughout the commission process through phone and video calls. All deposits and payments are non-refundable as services cannot be undone once rendered.

- Artist provides free 15-minute consultation to discuss flower appearance.
- Once client agrees and deposit is made, Client will have an additional hour of consultation to discuss project details. Please have all details needed to complete project available or already e-mailed before the consultation.
- Artist will provide Client an initial draft of product for approval before proceeding. Client should provide all requests for changes at this time unless otherwise stated.
- Artist may contact Client throughout process to achieve best possible outcome.
- Artist will send photo/file of completed work to Client for approval.
- Final product will only be given to Client after final payment is made. Digital products are released by e-mail, Google Drive, or other electronic medium.
- All custom or commissioned work requires a deposit before work can begin. Product is released AFTER payment is made in full.
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins on custom flower sculptures. 25% payment is due after first customer approval to proceed. Remaining 25% is due at completion.
- Payments are accepted through PayPal/credit or debit card. Additional options may be available, please ask.
- Payment is expected based on date agreed upon by Artist and Client OR upon approval of finished work if Client is ready to proceed before original deadline.
- If needed, you may request a 5 payment-installment plan ($500 deposit and 4 $500 payments). This WILL EXTEND the completion time of the project. Entire installment plan may not exceed 120 days (4 months) from date of deposit.
- Artwork is not released until final payment is made.

- If you change your mind about a commissioned artwork, please notify Preference IMMEDIATELY so she does not proceed. In this event, your deposit can be applied as a credit towards another eligible product, based on discretion of Artist.
- Requests to credit your deposit must be made within 48 hours of payment in order to avoid losing deposit completely.
