Shipping is typically handled by USPS and tracking information is provided with each purchase. Please consider the time it takes for your special piece to be created before it is shipped. In most cases, you will receive status updates that will alert you to shipping timing prior to processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom products are EXCLUDED from return or exchange as Preference works to ensure full satisfaction prior to release of products.
Exchanges are allowed at the discretion of Art by Preference for products that may be printed by a third party and with sufficient evidence of product defect, not damage caused by shipping or customer error.
