Vendor Requirements

Participating Vendors require:

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1.) Approval from Art by Preference and Heart2Hands Massage Therapy

2.) An approved current City of Rocky Mount Solicitor permit

3.) A photograph of you performing your service or your product

4.) A quick phone/video call 

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Vendors may arrive between 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to set up for the event so it can start promptly at 11:00 a.m.  Spots are first come-first serve.  Please allow each other ample space to set up.

VENDOR FEE

Daily co-promotion leading up to the event using the official event flyer is required (no money).  You are welcome to create your own individual self-promotion flyers as well as long as they are FAMILY-FRIENDLY and exclude nudity, profanity, or other

vulgarity. 

CLEAN-UP
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their areas prior to leaving.  The space must be evacuated by 2:30 p.m.
