MATERIALS
Painting can be done on a variety of surfaces, including canvas, wood, fabric, etc. Sculptures vary and include a range of materials depending on customers' requests. Inquire for details.
PRODUCT USE
Commissions are for private use only, not for resale or reproduction. Artist does not create products for commercial purposes nor give permission for product reuse unless specified in writing.
PRICING
The base price for custom art varies and is adjusted according to each project. Minimum 50% deposit is required to begin work. Quotes include dates, policy, and the cost of labor, materials, and shipping.
TERMS
All terms are disclosed in writing before work begins. Payment (partial or whole) constitutes agreement with terms. Artist refers to Preference L. Evans, owner and operator of Art by Preference.
POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If for any reason you encounter a problem with your product, please reach out for assistance right away.
