Minimum commission amount is $500 and based on project type.  Pricing is quoted according to individual project details and includes labor, materials, shipping, and dates.  

Painting can be done on a variety of surfaces, including canvas, wood, fabric, etc.  Sculptures vary and include a range of materials depending on customers' requests. Inquire for details. 

Commissions are for private use only, not for resale or reproduction.  Artist does not create products for commercial purposes nor give permission for product reuse unless specified in writing.

All terms are disclosed in writing before work begins.  Payment (partial or whole) constitutes agreement with terms.  Artist refers to Preference L. Evans, owner and operator of Art by Preference.

No refunds.  Credits or replacement are issued in the event of Artist error.  All sales are final.  If you change your mind, please contact Art by Preference immediately to cease project.
