FAQ: Paint & Sip at Blue Rose Cocktail Lounge

Thanks for joining us on this second Friday!!  Here are some answers to frequently asked questions.

1. What time is check-in and how do I check in?

Please arrive between 6:30-6:45 pm to check-in so we can start promptly at 7:00 pm.

Bring a mobile device (like a phone) that will open your ticket electronically or a printed ticket from your email. If all else fails, your ID will work as a back-up.

PLEASE NOTE that the lounge can be easy to miss the first time you come.  There is a photo of the building at the end of this list. The building is on a one-way street and this angle is from the opposite direction.

2. Where do we party?

Our area is visible as soon as you walk in.  Seats are first-come, first-served.

3. What should I wear?

Be comfortable and wear something that you don't mind getting dirty if you make a mess. Disposable aprons will be provided.

4. Do I have to be good at painting?

NOT AT ALL, but you do need to be good at following directions. You will be guided by a professional artist and instructor who can help you succeed at any skill level.

5. Is this a class?

No, this is a PARTY, but you will learn something from Art by Preference. Just bring a good attitude and don't worry about anything else!

6. Can my friend pay at the door?

No. However, anyone 21 and up with good energy is welcome to join the party as a whole.

7. How will we get our drinks?

You will receive a ticket at check-in.  All you have to do is sit down and wait for service.

8.  What if I can't make it?

Let Preference know. If you have a fill-in for your ticket, send Preference their contact information and have them reach out to Preference as well.
