Total pricing is for pickup and shipping in the contiguous U.S. You will receive a separate invoice if your shipping address is outside of this region. Shipping is typically through UPS Ground.

Your Art by Preference piece is an original hand-painted creation. To help preserve its beauty, please follow these care recommendations:

• Gently wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

• Do not soak, submerge, or machine wash.

• Do not use alcohol, acetone, harsh cleaners, and abrasive materials on the wallet.

• Protect the painted surface from excessive scratching, rubbing, or repeated friction.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Avoid overfilling wallets and bags, as excessive stretching may affect both the material and the artwork.

Each piece is individually hand-painted and sealed with a protective finish. With proper care, your artwork can be enjoyed for years to come. Slight variations and natural signs of aging are part of the character of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

Orders for ready-to-ship items may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Contact Art by Preference immediately if you inadvertently placed an order.

Original Artwork & Hand-painted Items

All sales are final. Art by Preference does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for original artwork, hand-painted accessories, commissions, or personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
