Depending on the project, this may include research, consultation, design planning, material selection, measuring, sketching, pattern development, surface preparation, layering, finishing, drying, and detailed corrections.
Each surface presents its own challenges.
Fabric, leather, canvas, and other materials require different techniques, preparation methods, and finishing processes to achieve the intended result. Textured, uneven, or delicate surfaces can require additional time, precision, and craftsmanship.
Pricing reflects the work involved, not simply the size of the design. A small, highly detailed piece may require just as much precision and expertise as a larger composition. The materials, complexity, surface condition, and level of detail all contribute to the final investment.
