Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Processing Time
Because each piece is custom-created, orders are made with care and attention to detail. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for creation before shipment. An estimated wait time will be provided prior to payment. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.
Calculating Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and destination and will be added to your invoice. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup in Eastern NC may be available for select orders. Please contact us before purchase to confirm. Delivery is available on a case-by-case basis.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We carefully package each item for safe arrival. If your package arrives damaged, please contact Art by Preference within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
For lost/stolen packages:
Once marked delivered by the carrier, Art by Preference is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
