Shipping is typically handled by UPS Ground or USPS Priority and tracking information is provided with each purchase. Please consider the time it takes for your special piece to be created before it is shipped. In most cases, you will receive status updates that will alert you to shipping timing prior to processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS. Custom products are EXCLUDED from return or exchange as Preference works to ensure full satisfaction prior to release of products.
Exchanges are allowed at the discretion of Art by Preference for products that may be printed by a third party and with sufficient evidence of product defect, not damage caused by shipping or customer error. In the event that a third party (such as a printing company) has made an error, Art by Preference will work to get it corrected.
Your privacy and safety are of extreme importance to Art by Preference, therefore information collected by Art by Preference is solely used for the purpose of completing your transactions. Third-party banking is used to verify and process your payments. Your contact information and purchase data are saved privately for sales records once your purchases are complete.
Additionally, contact information may be used to confirm customer satisfaction following a purchase. You will only be contacted for offers and promotions IF you opt in to do so. Art by Preference does NOT sell customer information to third parties.
